This exhaust manifold fits the R50 One or Cooper, R52 Convertible or R53 Cooper S with the 1.6L engine.

4 into 1 design for maximum flow and power gains. Replaces the original factory manifold and catalytic converter, this manifold can be used with both the factory catback and aftermarket catback exhausts.

Ilok flexi joint for long, hassle free life.

The whole manifold has been TIG welded so the chances of this ever failing are virtually zero.

This manifold will remove the catalytic converter and therefore is sold for track-day and off road use only. There is a sports cat version available for those with road going cars.

IMPORTANT FITTING NOTE: When fitting this manifold you will need to move the ARB out of the way to gain the clearance required. If the ARB is not removed during fitting, it increases the chance of the flexible joint failing. Any warranty claim made for a failed flexi joint MUST HAVE photographic evidence of the ARB being removed during installation.
